ASCMV Pets for adoptions requirments:
• Valid government issued I.D. (License; Passport)
• Proof of Residence (i.e. a utility bill)
• If they are renting, we need a lease agreement and landlord info in order to confirm they are allowed to have pets. If you own your own home it will be checked on the county database.
• Cost for all dogs is $75.00
