Photos with Santa for Charity
’Tis the season for giving – photos with Santa and holiday savings! You can donate to a good cause, get your pet’s photo with Santa and take advantage of sweet savings throughout the month of December … all while contributing to the life-saving efforts of ACTion Programs for Animals (APA).
Have your pet’s photo taken with Santa from 1pm to 4 p.m. at Petco, located at 3050 East Lohman Ave., Bldg. D near Ross on the following Saturdays and Sundays:
December 2nd,
December 9th and 10th
December 16th and 17th
December 23rd
Photos are $9.95 each, and all proceeds go to APA.
APA is a progressive animal welfare organization seeking to improve the quality of life for companion animals in Dona Ana County and greatly reduce the number of unwanted animals impounded and euthanized at the municipal shelter. Since May 2012, more than 3000 animals have been rescued. The majority of these have been dogs and cats/kittens pulled from our municipal shelter. They are able to do this through volunteer work of rescue/foster coordinators, foster families, weekend adoptions, and donations.
