ACTion Programs for Animals hosts low-cost vaccination clinic, rummage sale and Savers FUNDrive this month
Does your dog or cat need a vaccine or microchip? Do you need to clean out your closets?
ACTion Programs for Animals is hosting a low-cost vaccination and microchip clinic Saturday, June 16 and a Savers FUNDrive rummage sale Saturday, June 30.
The clinic is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Feed Store, located at 5165 Dona Ana Road. The following services will be offered:
• 1-year and 3-year rabies vaccination ($15)
• Distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza and parvovirus (DAPP) dog vaccination combination ($15)
• Feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and panleukopenia (FVRCP) cat vaccination combination ($15)
• Microchips ($10)
APA accepts cash, check and credit cards.
The rummage sale is from 7 to 11 a.m. June 30 at the APA adoption and education center, located at 800 W. Picacho. Please bring your donations to APA during regular hours from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays or 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays or the morning of the sale. The following items in good, clean, sellable condition are being accepted:
Clothing
Shoes
Bedding/towels
Electrical items
Toys/games
Kitchen items
Knick-knacks
Sporting goods
Furniture
Accessories
APA will continue to accept items for the Savers FUNDrive after the rummage sale during regular hours.
