Yappy Hour at St. Clair Winery & Bistro

SHAS Adoption Events
Safe Haven will be at PetSmart this Saturday from 11am-3pm and the following Saturday, May 18th. They will have cats and dogs for adoption and adoption counselors will be on hand to assist you. Pets have received all up to date vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered. Any history on the animal will be shared with prospective adopters. Adoption fees are $85 dogs and $50 cats. Dogs are micro-chipped. To visit the sanctuary call 575-805-5338, Tuesday through Sunday. Located at 6890 Eagle Road.
Safe Haven is a 501(C)3 organization and is seeking volunteers to help at off-site adoption events as well as at both the sanctuary and the thrift store. Volunteer applications are available on-line at www.safehavenanimalsanctuary.net or to learn more about Safe Haven, call 575-527-4544.
HSSNM: Pizza Fund Raiser
Grab a bite to eat at Red Brick Pizza on Wednesday, May 29th from 11am-9pm. Mention HSSNM and a portion of proceeds will benefit Humane Society of Southern New Mexico.
It is an easy way to help HSSNM raise funds for the animals! 15% of sales will be donated to HSSNM. It’s any time from 11am-9pm on May 29th for dining in or take-out when you mention HSSNM.
If you schedule permits, join us for social time and networking at 5pm.

Low-Cost Dog/Cat Vaccination Clinic & Adoption at Tractor Supply Co.
Saturday, May 18th from 9am-11am
ACTion Programs for Animals (APA) is holding a low-cost dog & cat vaccination clinic on Saturday, May 18th, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Tractor Supply Company, 1440 W. Picacho. Rabies vaccines will be $8; dog combo (DAPP) vaccines will be $12, cat combo (FVRCP) vaccines will be $10; and mircochips will be $15 (CASH only). Free deworming is also offered for puppies and kittens. Following the clinic, the group's Dona Ana Pets Alive! Hot Dogs & Cool Cats: Cruces Canines at Andeles Dog House (1983 Calle del Norte in Old Mesilla). Fun begins on Thursday, June 6th from 5:30-8pm.
Admission of $5 for ACTion Programs for Animals (APA) and Humane Society of Southern NM supporting local programming for animals! The theme is Hot Dogs & Cool Cats, you are encouraged to bring your well behaved pet on a leash, costumes also welcome. Ribbons awarded for costumes, raffles, door prizes.
