This handsome guy is Brody. This active fellow is looking for his forever home. Brody is a very sweet guy ready for some adventures. So, if you walk, run, hike, and go on nature adventure than Brody is your man. Brody has been at our shelter since September, 2016.
Hours of Operation:
Monday thru Friday: Noon to 6pm (Adoptions closes at 5pm)
Saturday and Sunday: Noon to 5pm
Weekend Off-Site Adoption Events:
Farmers’ Market –Saturday, 9:00am to 1:00pm
Dog adoptions are located at the Far North End of the Farmers Market.
Cat adoptions are located at The Center for Spiritual Living, 575 N. Main St.
Petco – Saturday, 11:00am to 3:00pm
Additional Services Offered:
Microchip your pet today for only $20! Available daily- No appointment necessary!
Pet Licenses – City and County licenses available daily.
City: Altered $7; Unaltered $50 … County: Altered $7; Unaltered $50
Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Program – Dogs $35, Cats $25. By appointment only.

Donation Requests – We are in need of dog crates, towels, and blankets (without filling, no sleeping bags). Collars and leashes are also always needed. Donations can be dropped off during our normal hours of operation or left at our door if we are closed. Thank you to everyone who has already provided donations!
Memorial Day – The Animal Service Center of the Mesilla Valley will be closing at 3:00pm on May 29, 2017. The intake center will be open at 8:00am for licensing, animal intake, and microchip. The adoption center will open at noon for viewing and adopting pets. The intake center will open at noon to look for missing pets.
